U.S. Ports Emergency Surcharge – Update No. 10
The Port of Long Beach and the Port of Los Angeles announced on January 14 to further postpone the “Container Dwell Fee” until January 21, 2022. The port authorities have seen a combined decline of 55% in aging cargo on the docks since the program was announced.
