MCS Awarded “Best Innovation Award” and “Operation Manager Award” By IKEA
We are pleased to announce that IKEA Mid-Receiver Units Asia Pacific (MRU AP) division presented to MOL Consolidation Service China the “BEST INNOVATION AWARD” and the “OPERATION MANAGER AWARD”, to recognize MCS China as an outstanding partner, excelling in all business areas, including customer service, planning, operations, and management.
The awards were presented by the IKEA MRU AP, Business Development Manager to Ms Freya Zhang, MCS China General Manager, and to Mr. David Du, MCS Operations Manager, on November 23, 2022, during the two-day IKEA MRU AP Service Provider Day FY2023 meeting that was held in Shanghai, China.
The Recognition:
IKEA MRU AP recognized MCS as an excellent partner, providing excellent services including warehouse operations, cargo loading planning, reporting analysis, and customer service. IKEA MRU AP has recorded that MCS KPI has greatly improved in the category of Equipment Utilization, Filing rate and Cargo Lead Time. IKEA MRU AP also recognized MCS China’s compliance on the 100% IWAY fulfilment, 100% on SCS secured and a company with a good review result. The Best Innovation Award was in recognition of MCS innovations on software and system development applications, e.g., Warehouse dashboard, Driver Application, KPI dashboard, eEIR submission, IKEA Cargo China Customs process visibility etc.
The Operation Manager Award is in recognition of Mr. David Du, our MCS China Operations Manager, who is assigned to handle IKEA business. David has over 18 years of logistics experience with tremendous leadership skills, and together with the MCS Operations team, have provided excellent operations performance in IKEA’s KPI record.
