MCS Awarded “Operation Service Award” By IKEA
We are delighted to announce that MOL Consolidation Service (MCS) India has been awarded the “OPERATION SERVICE AWARD” by the IKEA Mid-Receiver Units (MRU) division, to acknowledge MCS India Mumbai operations for IKEA’s CP 735 site for outstanding performance and excellence.
The Recognition:
IKEA MRU AP recognizes MCS as an excellent partner in India. The recognition award was given in the IKEA Asia Pacific Summit signed by IKEA Asia Pacific Head Ms. Lisa Pan, and was presented via online notification through IKEA Services India Pvt Ltd. The award is a result of MCS India’s persistent hard work & dedication handling IKEA from Mumbai CP, led by MCS India operations, Mr. Arun Maharaja, Key Account Manager and Mr. Azam Sayyed, Deputy Operations Manager. According to IKEA, the Mumbai CP (Consolidation Point) has outperformed all other CPs in South Asia in operations, which highlighted Fill Rate performance in optimizing utilization, Diminished CRD or Customer Return Damages from Mumbai CP, and Equipment Utilization in maximizing 40HC utilization.
